Schedule and Academic Calendar Information:Literacy Source works on an academic calendar, with the 2025-26 academic year ending on June 30th and the 2026-27 academic year beginning on July 1st.

Logging your Volunteer Hours:
Remember to please fill out the Tutor & Non Classroom Volunteer Hour Log each time you conduct a tutoring session or other volunteer hours. It is important to record each tutoring session the day it occurs as these hours count towards your student's instructional hours.
DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO LOG CLASSROOM VOLUNTEER HOURS. We track classroom hours on our attendance sheets and you do not need to use this form.
Previous Volunteer Newsletters:
We use the volunteer newsletter (sent out on the 3rd Thursday of the month) to keep our volunteers updated on trainings, policy changes, additional volunteer needs and helpful information about regarding adult literacy.
